Maduro was emphatic when referring to the tasks to which the PSUV must adapt based on the 3R.NETS.

During the transmission of TVV, Maduro called for building a new political culture in Venezuela, “based on ethics, solidarity, sacrifice, struggle, based on Bolivarianism, based on deep, popular street Chavism.”
In addition, the president praised the organization of the ruling party and the participation in the grassroots elections, which were held a few weeks ago. He also stressed that the interest in this process was great despite the fact that the country is not experiencing an electoral stage, although it is “a special stage.”
For Maduro, the participation in the election of the PSUV bases “was impressive.” He expressed that, in this way, progress is being made in the construction of popular power.
“More than 5,250,000 Venezuelans went to vote for their leaders of the community, of the street, of the Bolívar Chávez Battle Unit (UBCH),” he said.
According to the PSUV, the grassroots elections of the ruling party were held from August 20 to September 3, after which 266,927 grassroots assemblies were formed.
Then, more than 46,000 heads of communities were elected and their positions were renewed in more than 14,000 Bolívar-Chavez Battle Unit (UBCh).
“It is time to build, from popular power, the socialism of the concrete, of the real, of the truth, of the depths of the people,” Maduro pointed out.
Also, this Thursday, the ruler requested «mmultiply by millions» the Work Manual of the Base Structures of the PSUV.
He called for building “a new political culture in Venezuela, based on ethics, solidarity, sacrifice, struggle, based on Bolivarianism, based on deep, popular street Chavism.”
On the other hand, Maduro reiterated that “consumerism promoted by the US government” continues to be arrogant and arrogant, manipulating, and trying to manipulate Venezuela, but we are standing up. 2022 has been one of progress.”
Mature Monitoring
The PSUV bases were sworn in by the party’s first vice president, Diosdado Cabello, who said that an oath is a commitment.
The commitment, said Cabello, is to ensure that the ruling party continues to work and build the Bolivarian revolution and it was made invoking Chávez and Bolívar, and so that “the Bolivarian revolution is irreversible.”
Similarly, Diosdado Cabello explained that the Work Manual contains the tasks that the UBCH teams will have.
“We are all going to fulfill the tasks, that no one stays at home, we are going to tell them that the Bolivarian revolution is present here to continue building the country,” he said.
