Maduro and Lula agree to resume Cooperation Agenda

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, held a telephone conversation on Monday with the President-elect of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva, with whom he agreed to resume the Binational Agenda of Cooperation.
