The lie that justifies Donald Trump’s decree to block the shipment of oil to Cuba is not only flagrant, but inhuman and murderous. Claiming that this small, defenseless Caribbean island represents a threat to its national security is too cynical. Without a doubt, the American political elite, the one that governs in Washington, shows off its fascism with complete and clumsy audacity. It is difficult to imagine the feeling of Americans who remain oblivious to the consequences caused by their leadership. It can well be assumed that a good portion of them support their representatives attacking another nation with such impunity.
