The end of the year marks the first stage of the second government of transformation. There are several coordinates that can be distinguished in it. And many of them are of undeniable significance. But they can, if the summary is allowed, be compacted into just three of them. The first can well be classified as the extended settlement of the previous regime. It is followed by the promise of climbing to the second floor, a movement that can be summarized with two simultaneous times: One, the call to reconcile positions with the external factor (Donald Trump). Two, motivate the national business community so that, together, they work on development. The third takes shape in the comprehensive coordination of the security strategy under a single command. Given the state it is in, this initial year, we can proceed to identify its interiors and better understand what happened.
