Santo Domingo.- Former President Hipólito Mejía assured this Friday that President Luis Abinader has no competence to go to the 2024 presidential elections.
Hipólito Mejía indicated that, according to the surveys carried out, Luis Abinader is emerging as the winner of these elections, since he has a 48% favoritism among the citizens, surpassing the possible opponents of the opposition parties such as the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD ) and the People’s Force.
“Between the two who are in the opposition (PLD and FP) they have less than 30, 29 points and Luis has 48, now and the little ones, for example, my friend Miguel Vargas has 0.8, he doesn’t have 1 and the others, well, this Moreno boy has 1 and there is no more, Luis has no competition, ”the former president emphasized when questioned by journalists.
