The pre-candidate for deputy for the free candidacy of the “Let’s go for Panama” Coalition, Luis Duke, explained that it is vital to have an easy-to-use technology for citizens; this, regarding the process of collecting signatures.

He stated that the important thing about technology is that it allows us to save time. “The incorporation of technology is important because it helps us to be more efficient, and that is part of what I promote in my proposal, which is innovation in the State,” he said.
