With eight weeks to go before the Uruguayans define the future of 135 articles of the Urgent Consideration Law (LUC)the Yes and No commandos begin to deploy their main forces, in which they show some coincidences: they share a “measured optimism” about the chances of victory and use the leitmotif of “fend” like one of the hoses.
