The Ethics Commission of the Congress of the Republic rejected the qualification reports that declare admissible the complaints against four of the six parliamentarians of People’s Actionwho were syndicated as ‘Los Niños’ by Karelim López.
Members of the parliamentary working group voted against launching investigations against the congressmen Raul Doroteo Carbajo, Darwin Espinoza Vargas, Juan Carlos Mori Celis and Ilich Fredy Lopez.
Likewise, the commission chaired by Karol Paredes (Popular Action), agreed to give the green light to the reports that declare the complaints against the also acciopopulists George Flowers Y Elvis Vergara.
Doroteo, Espinoza, Mori and López were excluded from the inquiries by parliamentarians from the caucuses of Perú Libre, Somos Perú, Perú Democrático, Cambio Democrático, Acción Popular.
They reject a complaint against Guerra García
Previously, the Ethics Commission refused to admit the ex officio complaint against the congressman Hernando Guerra Garcia (Popular Force) for having participated in a session of the Production Commission from the beach.
The parliamentary working group, chaired by Karol Paredes (Popular Action), decided not to start the complaint process and file it with 9 votes against, 5 in favor and zero abstentions.
The parliamentarians who voted in favor were: María Agüero, Flavio Cruz, Kelly Portalatino, Waldemar Cerrón, from Peru Libre, and Elías Varas (Peru Bicentennial).
On the other hand, the legislators who voted against were: Carlos Anderson (not grouped), Diego Bazán (Avanza País), Luis Alegría (Popular Force), Jorge Morante (Popular Force), Juan Lizarzaburu (Popular Force), Javier Padilla ( Avanza País), Hitler Saavedra (Somos Perú), Luis Aragón (Popular Action) and Isabel Cortez (Democratic Change).
