“At this time, the Directorate of the Theater, its technical staff, together with directors and specialists from our Office of the Historian of the City of Havana, Cuba, are evaluating the damage and effects that we have received,” he posted on Facebook.
Maykel Blanco Y Su Salsa Mayor also expressed his regret for what happened in Old Havana. “Tomorrow’s concert for the Cuban Son Day is postponed… our most sincere condolences to the deceased and speedy recovery to the injured.”
The singer Dianelys Alfonso Cartaya, better known as The Cuban Goddesspostponed the release of the song 40 pounds which was scheduled for this Sunday. “We sympathize with the relatives of the fatal victims, reach all of them with the most sincere condolences”, posted.
