Carlos María López, president of the Chamber of Deputies, reported that his technical team is dedicated to analyzing officials whose contracts were irregularly renewed by the previous administration of Pedro Alliana.
The complaint says that some 500 officials have already signed their job renewal, before their current contracts expire.
“The renewal of the signature is from July 1, which already corresponds to this presidency; I believe that the previous administration did not have the authority to do so; however, we are looking at it on a case-by-case basis and my team is already working on it,” he said.
Finally, he indicated that the bench that supports the new Board of Directors is becoming more and more compact.
“All the PLRA benches are united; that is a clear sign that the PLRA understood that we must all be together”, he concluded.
