Hundreds of people with children in their arms and older adults got up early this Friday morning to the hospital facilities Honorio Delgado Espinoza to form long lines and wait to get an outpatient appointment.

The Regional Health Manager, Christian Nova, added that he has verified that most of the patients referred from health centers, They are not confirmed the date of their care, so they go to the hospital themselves to have the day and time of their consultation fixed.

“In September we have already given the guidelines for the delivery of appointments and apparently they are not being fulfilled and we are going to take the corresponding measures after obtaining the opinion of human resources and legal advice.”; she said.
