Attention. Control of accusatory injunction against Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (PPK) and others for the crime of money laundering and criminal organization will continue this morning, according to the Judiciary (PJ).
Through a tweet published this morning, the P.J. announced that the case against the former president of Peru (2016-2018) will undergo evidence control today, the previous step for the start of the oral trial.
This, after the Public Ministry considered that it has sufficient elements of conviction (evidence) to criminally accuse PPK for alleged crimes against public administration.
The hearing where a judge will determine whether everything presented by the Prosecutor’s Office is in accordance with the law and followed due process will take place in the Seventh Preparatory Investigation Court.
The aforementioned hearing will begin at 08:30 in the morning on Wednesday, October 9, and will be broadcast live through the Justicia TV YouTube channel and Facebook page.
