Judge Checkley must resolve today whether or not to accept the request that will be supported by the Supreme Prosecutor Alcides Chinchay.
legal slaps
Castillista lawyers seek by all means the release of their client. Yesterday, Raúl Noblecilla filed a habeas corpus before the Superior Court of Justice of Junín for that purpose.
In his writing, to which Peru21 agreeddenounced that “there is a violation of the right to personal liberty of José Pedro Castillo Terrones as a result of the illegal vacancy”, in reference to the decision adopted by Congress on Wednesday, December 7.
