Congress: how many signatures are needed to censure a minister?
According to article 86 of the regulations of the Congress“the motion of censure can be raised by the congressmen after the interpellation, the attendance of the ministers to inform, or due to their resistance to attend in the latter case or after the debate in which the minister intervenes of his own will” .
The motion is presented and must have 25% signatures of the total number of congressmen; that is, 33 signatures.
