Lawyer Rodolfo Pérez argued before the Plenary Session of Congress that it is the first time that a prosecutor of the Nation goes to the Chamber to defend herself against a constitutional complaint.
“In this final report it is expressly detailed that the basis for the constitutional complaint is the approval of the aforementioned regulation, 2246. But that regulation is signed by the interim prosecutor Juan Carlos Villena,” Pérez indicated.
He added that although the signature is from Villena, he has been acquitted.
