He National Election Jury (JNE) published the official list of candidates for the Presidency of the Republic who will participate in the General Elections 2026, thus consolidating the definitive electoral panorama for the elections of the April 12. In total, there are 36 presidential formulas that managed to comply with the legal requirements, overcome the registration stages and become qualified to compete in this national contest. Each formula is made up of the candidate for the Presidency and their respective candidates for the first and second vice-presidency, in accordance with the resolutions issued by the highest electoral body. With this publication, the JNE formalizes the political offer that will appear in the voting card and that will be evaluated by millions of Peruvians in an election that will define the course of the country for the next five years.
