The president explained that members of the Metro Advisory Council – made up of former Metro directors, as well as educational institutions such as UNAM, IPN and UACM – made a tour to verify the work and safety conditions of this section.
“This Advisory Council that was formed, I asked the general director of the Metro (Guillermo Calderón) to take them, to give them a tour, to explain to them what was done, I think it is important and everything is for this Sunday the underground section is inaugurated”, he detailed.
Sheinbaum announced that next week the starting signal will be given to the Metro Energía project, carried out together with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), which consists of modernizing the energy supply system of lines 1, 2 and 3.
