Lima announced that the third edition of the "Job Opportunity" program is being managed

“In the Congress of Mayors, given the very good experience we have had with Jornales Solidarios, we reached an agreement with the national government and we are in a position to announce what will be the third edition in 2023,” reported the mayor of Salto Dr. Andres Lima.

The first days of the year 2023, the Table of the Congress of Mayors will meet to determine the conditions of the new call. “The idea is to determine when the new program would start, how long it will last, the quotas for the entire country, and what will be the contribution of the Municipalities, which is currently 25%,” added Lima.

In the particular case of Salto, the Mayor will take specific steps so that the border situation can be considered. “The idea is that Salto can have a larger quota and that is why after the traditional festivities are over, we will be working firmly to prepare the new call together with the present of the Fernando Echeverría Congress,” he concluded.
