The victory against the Stars and the Eagles, last night, caused the third quadruple tie of the All against All
For the third time in the semifinal series there was another four-way tie for first place, after victories for the Tigres del Licey and Gigantes del Cibao against the Estrellas Orientales and Águilas Cibaeñas 8-5 and 5-0 at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal and Cibao Stadiums of Santiago, respectively.
The first time that the four teams that are acting in the All Against All appeared at the top, with a 1-1 mark, was on Wednesday, December 21.
At that time, the Licey beat the Stars 7-4, and the Águilas beat the Giants 8-0. Then, on the 29th of that same month, there was another four-way tie, this time with a 3-3 record. Águilas and Estrellas came out on top against Licey and Gigantes with a score of 3-0 and 10-5, respectively.

On the other hand, the setback was for Carlos Hernández (1-1), with pitching work in five episodes of six hits, two runs, one transfer and two fanned batters. He was relieved by Emailin Montilla (1.0), Jared Wilson (0.2), Darío Álvarez (0.1) and Wendolyn Bautista (2.0).
The Giants gave the house number in the leadoff of the third inning with a two-run single to center field by Yamaico Navarro.
