Under the banner of discipline and honor, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) received a solemn message from G/J Vladímir Padrino López, who from the 35 Brigade of the Military Police “Libertador José de San Martín” transmitted words of peace, love and hope, wishing a happy year 2026 to every home in the Homeland.
In an act full of military spirit, the Sectoral Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty and Minister of Popular Power for Defense transmitted words of peace and encouragement “My words of encouragement, joy and satisfaction for all military units and all those men and women in uniform who are on our borders, taking care of our spaces and their territorial sovereignty.”
He highlighted the importance of maintaining the historical course of the FANB, guided by unwavering values ”Let us continue traveling the correct path of history, which is the path of truth, patriotism, peace, freedom and the Homeland.”
G/J Padrino López, reaffirmed his confidence in the intellectual and moral capacity of each superior and subordinate officer “I know what I say, because I know what is here, in each superior or subordinate officer. I know what is in their heart and I know what is in their intellectual capacity. I know what is here, in our FANB. Let us go, then, and I repeat, let us continue traveling the correct path of history, which is our path. The path of truth, of life, of patriotism, the path of the country, of our independence and our freedom.”
Likewise, he made a direct call to the men and women in uniform to further raise the level of effort in defense of national well-being, reaffirming the FANB’s commitment to the sovereignty and security of the country.
With this message, the FANB begins the year 2026 under the slogan of discipline, perseverance and loyalty, strengthening the indestructible union between the people and their military forces in the comprehensive defense of the nation.
