Less costs and more productivity: The new program for SMEs from the Chamber of Commerce that solves human resource management

A company of five people, directed by the son of the founder and with several historical employees who mix with the new staff. How do you appoint a new employee as manager without creating a hostile environment? How to determine that one is the boss of the other if until the day before they were even? Until now, these questions were unresolved problems for a large number of small companies in Uruguay. For them, the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Uruguay (CCSUy) launched an initiative focused on professionalizing human management practices.
