Santo Domingo.- The former Dominican President, Leonel Fernández (1996-2000. 2004-2012) asked the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, this Wednesday not to reintroduce the draft Law on Trafficking in Persons since he considers it would be “a big mistake”.
