The ex-president Leonel Fernandez attacked the Government by stating that it has only dedicated itself to promising and not fulfilling, for which reason it has not been able to exhibit a single important work.
«We are here in Santiago, and I can say that there have been many promises here; However, there is not a single work that the Government can exhibit in Santiago. In Santiago, the government has done nothing,” said Fernández during an oath of leaders at the People’s Force (PF).
The former president indicated that the ruling party began by promising the construction of the Ámbar highway to connect the Santiago province with Puerto Plata, which has not materialized.
