Santo Domingo.- The former president Leonel Fernandezstated that the current government has entered a phase of attrition, since in his opinion it ignores the real economic, social and political situation of the country.
“While the current government has entered a phase of premature attrition, the People’s Force is the only political project on the rise» Fernandez said.
Fernández reiterates that figures on economic growth are not real
In a published article he pointed out that: “The government, on the other hand, lives in a bubble. He manipulates the statistics, from economic growth, unemployment figures, poverty levels and the surveys he orders to be carried out.
In his words, government management, «is sheltered in the midst of hyperbole and exaggeration. He ranks first in everything.” This was described by the politician as the “Botero Complex”, which adulterates reality.
In that order, he affirmed that the party that has established itself as the main opposition political organization in the Dominican Republic.
He made a detailed description of the evolution of the People’s Force since its birth and each of the stages that have been exhausted.
He announced that to date the FP already has one million members.
«Our next goal: two million members by May 2023, one year before the elections. It qualifies as exponential growth, to guarantee a democratic, fair and supportive Dominican Republic.
