The Minister of Social Development Martín Lema said that the burned down hotel Aramaya, located on 18 de Julio and Paraguay, I didn’t have a firefighter’s licenseas indicated by the national director of that body, Ricardo Riaño.
Lema assured that in the hotel there were 92 people in the form of nuclei, who lived in the orbit of the Ministry of Social Development.
The hierarch said that Mides is reducing the number of hotels it offers for mothers with children. “There were eight hotels for this program and a reduction was made, and there are five now,” he said.
Mides’ bet, Lema pointed out, is to resort to other places such as El Zorzal and El Hornero so that they become “model centers” that provide another “warmth” in the care of women and children.
