Likewise, the complainant, who worked as an assistant in the office of the legislator of the Magisterial Block, He asserted that he had been the victim of harassment by Roger Torres Pando, principal adviser at Ugarte’s office.
According to the complaint collected, the former worker had held her position from February 2022 until January 4 of this year, the date on which “The aforementioned legislator decided without any explanation to terminate the employment relationship.”
