Legendary goalscorer Just Fontaine dies

Just Fontaine, considered one of the greatest scorers in the soccer world cups, died this Wednesday, March 1, at the age of 89 in the city of Toulouse, his relatives reported.

In the 1958 World Cup in Sweden he set a record that is considered very difficult to beat and is the most goals in a single World Cup with 13.

The French soccer player was Ligue 1 top scorer in the 1950s, Golden Boot in 1958, UEFA Champions League top scorer in 19858-59, chosen among the 100 best soccer players of the 20th century and International Soccer Hall of Fame .

He was the coach of France in 1967, at the club level he led PSG, Touluse and Maroc of Morocco football.
