The directory of the National Institute of Colonization (INC) concluded that Senator Guido Manini Ríos is not a settlerY thus sealed the controversy that had the leader of the Cabildo Abierto at the center several months ago for the property he owns in Artigas in partnership with his wife, Minister Irene Moreira, and his father Roque Moreira. The representative of the Broad Front in the body, Andrés Berterreche, voted against.
