Benito Torres, legal adviser for the commune of Asunción, told 730 AM that irregular service stations located less than what is established by law will not close.
This occurs after the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) to reject the unconstitutionality action promoted by the Chamber of Paraguayan Fuel Distributors (Cadipac) for which the service stations must be separated by 1,000 meters from each other.
“From now on, its effect only emerges. In the other case in particular, the lifting is no longer available because it confirms that situation, ”he commented.
