Banesco Multipagos now available in BanescoOnline and BanescoOnline Empresa
Banesco Banco Universal has updated its payment management portal – Multipagos Banesco – to improve the user experience of its customers. From now on, payments can be made directly from BanescOnline and/or BanescOnline Empresa, by clicking on the Multipagos Banesco button located in the top options bar of the main page of these two portals.
“With this improvement, access to the portal is made easier and customers optimize their browsing time by carrying out their operations from a single site, without the need to register or enter their credentials again. In addition, the Banesco customer payment directory will be automatically available in Multipagos Banesco,” the entity reported in a press release.
More than 170 tax collection companies are registered with Multipagos Banesco. These include public services such as gas, electricity and water; mass consumption companies, telephone, cable television, internet services, condominiums and clubs, schools and universities, insurance companies, public entities and institutions for the payment of taxes.
Other new features included in the portal include the identification of these companies through their logo or a representative icon, which can be found in the search engine by entering the first three letters of their name.
The portal allows you to create a comprehensive directory of personalized payments to facilitate identification and quick access to your frequent payments. The last four transactions made by the client can be viewed in the Recent Payments section, located in the box attached to the personalized directory.
Additionally, a section called Banesco Suggestions is included, which shows a list of eight collection companies that may be of interest to the portal user.

20 years of alliance between the Venezuelan Banking Association and Fundana
The Venezuelan Banking Association (Asobanca) celebrates its 65th anniversary with Fundana the 20th anniversary of the construction and inauguration of Las Villas de los Chiquiticos, a project that was made possible thanks to the contribution of the banks in the country. A temporary and safe home for children who have been victims of violence, abuse and abandonment where they are given protection and love until they can find a protective family.
This space has a comprehensive care center, which provides pediatric, nutrition, social work, child advocacy and psychological care services, among others, in addition to 10 shelters for the children residing there, Asobanca indicated in a press release.
Since 2004, this centre has provided a safe home for over 4,000 children, of whom 75% have been reintegrated into their biological family environment; and 20% have found a home in foster families. Furthermore, more than 15,000 high-risk families have benefited from this space with guidance and support for the prevention and eradication of parental abuse and neglect.

Laboratorios Farma creates podcast to offer specialized information
With the aim of providing valuable information related to health and well-being, in a simple, specialized and accessible way to the general public, Laboratorios Farma presented ‘Vida Contigo’, a podcast that will help clarify doubts about health, in order to educate the population with truthful information.
Hosted by psychologist and sexologist Sophia Behrens, the show features the participation of leading specialists. The weekly podcast will address current topics such as: the infodemic, how to manage the psycho-emotional impact of cardiovascular pathologies, how to manage chronic pain at different stages of life, among other topics that will guide the population to achieve a better quality of life.
The project consists of 10 episodes of approximately 25 minutes each and is available on the channel Youtube from Laboratorios Farma, where users can access from any device whenever they want, according to the pharmaceutical company in a press release.
“The idea arose not only because of the excess of information that we find today on social networks and the Internet, but also because of its sources, which are not necessarily appropriate or specialized in the area, especially in topics related to health,” explained María Gabriela Sánchez, Commercial Director of the Ethics Division of Laboratorios Farma.
In the future, a second season is planned to include other topics of current interest with various specialists.
Sophia Behrens said she decided to join Vida Contigo because it is run and supported by medical professionals, which ensures that the data provided is accurate and evidence-based.
