Movilnet will open the doors of its Service and Customer Service Offices (OSAC) and will keep the Remote Service Channels operational during Carnival 2023.
The company put WhatsApp numbers 0416-613-84-07 and 0416-613-98-77 into operation, to process plan changes, line suspensions or report failures, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. :00 p.m.
The *611 service channel will maintain its normal hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in addition, the customer will receive their balance online when dialing that service.
You can also communicate through the Twitter channel @Info_Movilnetwhich will remain active from the four cardinal points of the country from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Likewise, the OSACs will work normally, except those located in shopping centers, where they will respect the hours set by those establishments.
It should be noted that at Movilnet, the raison d’être is its customers, who will be able to connect, discover and share during these carnival festivities, from anywhere in Venezuela.
