The members of the Board of Directors of the Arequip Bar AssociationThis morning they blamed the dean of the College, Alfredo Álvarez Díaz, for alleged irregularities such as the purchase of 5 thousand laptops directly to the company Upgradewithout having been approved by the board of directors in advance.
Lawyer Noe Colque, director of Social Assistance at the College, reported that the acquisition was made without making quotesa process that should have been followed, as established by its statutes, considering the amount of investment of 3 million 500 thousand soles.

According to the information given by the manager, the equipment was already in stock when the purchase had not yet been approved. The acquisition was made to comply with the campaign, to deliver laptops to the members, but at the cost of a loan of 3 million 500 thousand soles from the bank.
The company favored by the great purchase was Upgrade, by Jaime Candia Aguilar, the brother of the former mayor and fugitive from Arequipa, Omar Candia Aguilar.
The hiring of personnel directly, without processes having been carried out, was also questioned.
