The Santo Domingo Oeste Permanent Attention Office imposed three months of preventive detention for a lawyer, charged with the death of a neighbor, after a heated discussion, in an event occurred in The Batey Welcome sector, in Managuayabolast January 24.
The measure was dictated by Judge Cecilia Toribio against Bernardo Figueroa Ferreira for the death of Mrs. Francisca Emiliano.
The lawyer must comply with the deprivation of liberty at the Correction Center (CCR) and Najayo Men Rehabilitation, located in the province of San Cristóbal.

Judge Cecilia Toribio hosted the procedural evidence presented by the Litigating Prosecutor Indira Secia, on behalf of the Prosecutor’s Office of Santo Domingo Oeste, and who, in addition, requested the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services, the imposition of preventive detention.
