The Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) appointed Loly Wider Herrera Lavado, lawyer of the mother of the former regional governor of Junín Vladimir Cerrón, as secretary general of said portfolio, a position considered to be of trust.
This was determined by the Ministerial Resolution No. 045-2022-MINEM/DM, published this Thursday in an extraordinary edition of the Legal Standards bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano. The document is signed by Minister Carlos Palacios, militant of Peru Libre and contributor to Pedro Castillo’s campaign.
