The lawyer Larry Devoe appears on the supervisory boards of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG) and the National Superintendence of Cryptoactives (Sunacrip), according to the official gazettes that report the appointments, published by the journalist Eligio Rojas on his twitter account.
Devoe is the current Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Council and works as a “state agent” before the International Human Rights System.
He has a law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, a specialty in criminal and criminological sciences, and a master’s degree in Democracy, Human Rights and the Rule of Law in Latin America from the University of Alcalá de Henares (Spain).
In this sense, in the case of Sunacrip, the instance is headed by Anabel Pereira Fernández, who will be accompanied by Héctor Obregón, Luis Alberto Pérez, Julio César Mora, Pavel García Sandoval, Román Maniglia, Carlos Eloy Pirela, Edgardo Alfonzo Toro and Devoe .
While the CVG supervisory board is led by Héctor José Silva Hernández, and the rest of the team is made up of Alexis José Rodríguez, Gloria María Busanta, Sandi Villarroel, Larry Devoe, Diana Josefina Castillo, Adriana Rodríguez Bravo and Gladys Patricia Gómez.
