Today the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice declared inadmissible the extraordinary appeal filed by the defense of Ramón González Daher and his son Fernando González Karjallo against the sentence of 15 and 5 years respectively.

In this way Ramón González Daher found guilty of the crimes of money laundering, usury and false statement and his son Fernando González Karjallo guilty of usury, should be sent to jail.

The same lawyer Preda recalled that at the beginning of this investigation the defendants were deprived of liberty for six months, that time should be deducted from their sentences and in this way Ramón González Daher must pay prison for 14 years and six months, while his son for four and six months.
