Attorney Heraclio Bustamante reported on the complaint he filed against the former President of the Republic, Laurentino Cortizo, and those found responsible, regarding the use of the $500 million granted by Minera Panamá to the State.
Attorney Heraclio Bustamante on the complaint for embezzlement of public funds against former President Cortizo: “The complaint was admitted, in any case, it is now the responsibility of the Court, so there is no doubt that this servant is going to the Court.”
Attorney Heraclio Bustamante: “Decentralization is wearing out the patience of Panamanians, and I believe that if it is eliminated, she has to go (regarding Roxana Méndez) and the entire office.”
