Lawyer Abdiel González will file a complaint against former Education Minister Maruja Gorday de Villalobos for appointing regional education directors by hand when they should be appointed by competition.
He said that he waited for Gorday de Villalobos to leave office before filing the complaint because, given his status as a Meduca teacher, it was not easy to file a complaint against the minister.
Regarding the complaint filed against the Comptroller General of the Republic for financial aid, he said that it may be necessary to wait until he leaves office for investigations to begin.
