The influencer received a document in which the Turner company, owner of the rights to Lazy Town, would have gone to legal proceedings for alleged plagiarism and modification of the musical work. According to the document, the company accused the content creator of singing and uploading the song to the YouTube platform without his authorizationclaiming compensation.
“It has similar elements in its rhythm, melodic notes, chords and measures, as well as in the chorus that allows for special repetitiveness, recognition and familiarity. Furthermore, the grammatical constructions and phonetics of the same context of the musical work titled ‘Bing Bang’ radically violate the copyright, moral rights, related rights, phonographic rights and other fundamental rights of the plaintiffs,” the document said.

However, in the last few hours “El Topi” informed its followers on social networks that, after consulting with its legal team, They concluded that it was a false claim.
Through some stories on Instagram, Edwar Riaño gave details of what would have happened and assured that on November 19, while he was preparing to watch the Colombia match at the Metropolitan stadium in Barranquilla along with other content creators, He received the alleged demand on his cell phone. At that time, “El Topi” read the document and told some of his friends, who advised him to seek legal advice.
