Laureano Facundo Ortega Murillo, son of the Nicaraguan presidential couple, pointed out that cooperation between the countries allied with Russia must be strengthened and that they remain “more united than ever” to face the “aggressions” of the United States and the Organization of the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO).
“We are accompanying the Russian Federation, supporting his effort and the battle that he is waging for the life of the Russian people and for the peace of humanity, facing this new wave of fascism that has been taking place and is especially represented in this government, a puppet that exists in Ukraine and that is dominated by the United States and its NATO allies,” said Ortega Murillo, in an interview for the Russian network RT.
He also assured that “it is very important that we unite more than ever with Russia, with brother countries, friends like china and iran that we are all being attacked by this wave of madness, of irrationality” of the “empire”.

Laureano Ortega Murillo, who is a presidential adviser and special representative of the Nicaraguan president for affairs with Russia, once again returned to “complain” about the sanctions imposed by the United States to authoritarian regimes like Nicaragua’s. The son of the presidential couple insisted that the sanctions “are nothing more than illegal aggressions on the part of the empire.”
Ortega Murillo’s favorite son also specified that the sanctions imposed by the United States ultimately have a “positive result”, since they have accelerated the “birth of a new world order”.
“These irrational measures that the United States and its NATO allies have been implementing have accelerated the birth of the new world order, of the multipolar world because the countries that oppose this domination realize that the time has come to face it with unity and with our own measures that allow us to have our own financial mechanisms, our own mechanisms of solidary, respectful cooperation, based on law and on common good and thus face up to so much illegality and what has been the domain of hegemonism,” he said.
Ortega Murillo’s statements are made within the framework of the «XI Meeting of High Representatives in Charge of Security Affairs»which was held on May 24 and 25 in the Moscow province under the auspices of the Russian Security Council.
