Laura Salazar is one of the 16 students who lost their lives in the tragedy of the Liceo Antioqueño de Bello bus, which occurred when the vehicle was returning from a school trip to Coveñas, Sucre, and fell into an abyss. The bus driver also died in the accident, leaving a deep wound in dozens of families and the entire educational community.

For her parents, Laura was not just their daughter: she was the love of their days and the center of their home.
