Last week, TBWA received the CEO’s of the Latin American offices at its new offices in New York for its annual management meeting: #LateLatam.
Led by Damasia Merbilhaa, VP of TBWA for Latin America, the focus of the meeting was on the evolution of TBWA’s services and products, in a context of innovation and transformation of the network in Latam.
Regarding this, Merbilhaa stated “2022 was an excellent year for TBWA in the region. Despite everything that is happening in the world, in Latin America we achieved double-digit growth, and this year is projected very well as well. Our operations are solid, and we are still clear that we cannot relax on that. To continue in this trend we have to continue transforming, keeping active this spirit of “Always in Beta” so typical of TBWA, in an industry that does not stop transforming and innovating” said Merbilhaa.
Another key area on the agenda was to continue strengthening collaborations both among the countries of the region, as well as between the region and the TBWA community. “I never tire of saying that there is no more local global network than TBWA. It is in this synergy between global muscle and local relevance where our greatest differential lies, and our greatest potential as a network.” added Merbilhaa.
The CEOs of Latin America participated in the meeting, from Mexico to Argentina, as well as Jean Marie Dru, Chairman of TBWA Worldwide, Troy Ruhanen, CEO, Denis Streiff, CFO, Deepthi Prakash, Chief Product Officer, Ben Williams, Global Chief Creative Experience Officer and Rori DuBoff, Chief Innovation Officer of TBWA\Chiat\Day and many more.
