The president of the Santa Cruz Committee, Fernando Larachcame out this Saturday afternoon to respond to the resignation request towards him, among other demands that emanated from the Open Departmental Assembly which took place in Manzano Uno, to which civic representatives were not summoned.

Larach stated that the moral house of the people of Santa Cruz acts based on the determinations made by the ordinary board of directorswho points out that he analyzes whether or not there is a need to convene a Cruceñidad Assembly to take a position on a problem that could afflict the region.

“What happened yesterday in Manzano Uno is a comparable situation with the MAS strategy of creating parallel institutions to destroy the institutions. An assembly to order the Committee to do things, when the Committee and its statutes have their own assembly of the people of Santa Cruz,” denounced the citizen.

He pointed to the colonel in passive service, Jorge Santistevan Serrate and “a subject with the last name Arnez” of having political ambition by being promoters of activitybut that a month ago they were in a fraternity on radio 26 organizing campaign teams for a former president of the State.

Also questioned the vice-rector of the University Autonomous Gabriel René Moreno (Uagrm), Reinerio Vargas, to be part of that departmental assembly, and recalled that because he did not meet the requirements he did not manage to be a candidate for the Civic Committee in the previous elections.

Likewise, he referred to the president of the Cruceña Parliamentary Brigade, Richard Ribera, calling him a “self-prorogated politician” and accused him of not having the capacity to manage a meeting in the Brigade and not presenting a departmental agenda to the citizens.

“How much we miss Mr. Hormando Vaca Díez!”, he expressed.

Regarding the demands raised in the open departmental assembly, Larach recalled that The request for the repeal of incendiary laws was given in the town hall meeting on October 4 2019, when Luis Fernando Camacho presided over the civic entity.

He said that the current board held two meetings of the people of Santa Cruz demanding the same thing, they spoke with other entities to move forward, but the Government turned a deaf ear. “Another town hall for the same thing?” he ironized.

Regarding the request for federalism, the civic indicated that this demand was requested on October 4, but no progress was made, even a political group raised the flag and they did not advance either. Therefore, he reiterated that There is an intention to destroy the relationship project with the State.

After listing other demands, Fernando Larach stated that complied with everything emanating from the last council meeting and pointed out that the darts should be aimed at Santa Cruz politicians and not against him because He did everything possible to generate unity among opposition leaders.
