A collapse What happened this Saturday in Havana left at least two people injured, one of them a child, according to various sources.
The event occurred in the afternoon on San Miguel street between Campanario and Manrique, in Centro Habana, according to publications on social networks cited by various media.
The injured, refer to these publications, are a mother and her young son, whose age would be between 4 and 5 years.
The official site cubadebate confirmed that among the injured there is a minor, although without mentioning his age. In addition, he reported that after the disaster, firefighters, medical services and the police went to the place “to care for those affected and control the situation.”
The official reports do not provide details about the seriousness of the injuries of the wounded or the hospital center to which they would have been transferred. There was also no update on his state of health until this Sunday morning.
Unofficial publications and on the networks talk about the possibility of a third party being injured, although this fact has not been officially confirmed.
The constructive deterioration of many buildings in Havana is usually the cause of this type of event.
