The Judiciary ordered the immediate location and capture of an elected Lambayeque regional councilor, from the ranks of the party Alliance for Progress (APP), Juan Pablo Horna Santa Cruz.

The order was issued by the head of the First Unipersonal Criminal Court, Dante Cajusol Santisteban, who submitted his request to the Judicial Police, in order to execute the capture of the elected apepista counselor.
This judicial measure is due to the process that is followed against Pablo Horna for the alleged crime against the public administration in the figure of abuse of authority to the detriment of the State, the Lambayeque Regional Transport Management and Julio Seminario Vite.
