The President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle Pou, returned from his official trip to the United Kingdom and only a few hours later, he went to the inauguration of the works of the State Health Services Administration (ASSE).
The president was present in the Canarian towns of Tapia and Migues. At approximately 10:00 in the morning, Lacalle Pou was present in Tapia.
The reason was the remodeling of the polyclinic in that town, located on route 88, at kilometer 7.
“The polyclinic can be very nice,” the president began by expressing.
But he added that “if there is no essentially human care like health personnel have, it will simply be a building. From now on, thank the people who worked in other conditions and put everything into it, today perhaps in a better place they can maximize and develop better for the people of the area who need this,” the president said in statements to Radio Sarandí.
In another of the president’s activities, he participated in the opening of the SAME 105 base in Migues.
