He Ministry of Labor This Tuesday he reminded everyone employers introduce before the General Directorate of Labor (DGT) the Permanent Personnel Form (DGT-3) within the first fifteen days of the month of January 2026.
Likewise, through a press release, he indicated that the Permanent Personnel Forms HE will renew annually and will be deposited with the DGT no later than January 15, in accordance with the provisions of the article 15 of regulation 258-93, for the application of the Labor Code.

Procedure
The document must be registered through the following email address https://ovi.mt.gob.doproceeding to register its workers in the establishment in which they are providing their services and, once they are sure that the information contained in the form is correct, they must proceed to carry out the corresponding payment. First, make an electronic transaction with credit card or debit; second, acquire a PIN at one of your local work representations and proceed with the definitive registration.
New companies
The note specifies that for the records of new companies either employershe procedure is the following:
- First: you must enter the following address https://ovi.mt.gob.dopress the new company option to create the user.
- Second: once the user is created, following the system steps, you will complete the company data and establishment.
- Third: completed all the registration of the workers and sent their DGT-3it will generate the amount to pay.
- Fourth: perform the pay through an electronic transaction with credit card or debit; then acquire a PIN at one of our local work representations and proceed with the definitive registration.
Sanctions
The document highlights that after the term of the first fifteen days January without the employer having complied with this legal mandate, will be susceptible to the labor criminal sanctions contemplated in the Labor Code.
