Among the new articles, the formalization and employment contracting of passenger and cargo transport workers, productive activities of people deprived of labor freedom,
measures against discrimination against people reinstated in the context of the armed conflict, first job and last job programs, among others.
(We recommend: Labor reform would ignore the economic reality and accentuate the deceleration).
“This reform is modern and adapts to international standards, it contains articles for the improvement of contracts on digital delivery platforms, as well as the regulation of teleworking and the implementation of green and blue jobs to combat climate change.“explains the Ministry of Labor.
