Labor demand grew 12% in January 2022 compared to December 2021 and increased 105% compared to the same month of the previous year with a marked search for profiles with English.

The second language most required by companies was Portuguese, with 129 opportunities, accumulating 3% of the total.

In terms of geographical distribution, in the month of January, of calls with data, 73% corresponds to calls in Montevideo, 19% to the interior of the country and 8% to Uruguay, without specifying department.

From a monthly perspective Montevideo increased the number of job opportunities by 14% and increased in the rest of the country 55%.
