Natalia Segura, better known on social networks as ‘La Segura’, is a well-known Cali instagrammer who is experiencing health difficulties due to an issue related to biopolymers and the aftermath of a gunshot wound she received 9 years ago.
For seven months she has been experiencing severe pain in her spine and for this reason she underwent two surgeries but the discomfort persists, something that worries her a lot since after the surgery she has visited several doctors in different fields to evaluate her case and find relief.

“Two months after surgery, no improvement, and the pain is unbearable,” he said.
Since then he has seen neurosurgeons, orthopedists, pain specialists, spinal specialists and other health professionals who have given him various diagnoses.
Given this, some relatives have suggested that he evaluate the issue of whether someone is possibly “doing witchcraft” to him.
Although the young woman does not believe in it, she does not completely rule out that “it may be true.”
«I know people with a heart who can do that kind of thing and who have even been very close to me. But, I rebuke that in Jesus’ name,” he said.
«I am not going to go to a shaman because the only one I ask for my healing is daddy God. If that were to be true, because just as there is good there is also evil, imagine the divine justice that would come to that person », he expressed.
